After being recognised for the Heritage Champions Awards, Matt Bell, director of Modece, and the restoration project for The Old Fox Yard were recognised in the Bury Free press.

Modece’s achievements over the last year have been celebrated by the local council during the Innovation Awards for the regeneration project of The Old Fox Yard in Stowmarket.
