A new bar in the heart of Stowmarket, a part of the regeneration of the Old Fox Yard to create a Design Quarter in Stowmarket.

As Modece Architects moved to Stowmarket with the vision to bring positive growth to the town, they had the opportunity to open a new art-inspired Bar where local artists and creatives can exhibit their work whilst the public has a place to try a range of locally produced drinks, in the heart of the Old Fox Yard, which is a historic emblem of Stowmarket. In challenging times when opening a new business in a small town proves difficult, the business has thrived and attracts a large and varied group of customers.
The bar is part of Modece’s regeneration of the Old Fox Yard which has won multiple awards for its success. The bar has an innovative and bespoke menu made up of locally sourced products and regular community events - such as small music festivals, social events and food stall nights- in the Old Fox Yard where small and local businesses can bring their craft.
